The 100 Most Walkaffordable US Neighborhoods 2023 Part 1

Introducing the Best Walkable and Affordable Neighborhoods in the US

It can be hard to find places to live in the US that allow you to get around without a car and don’t break the bank. I developed a my own methodology last year for identifying the best cities in the US. At the recommendation of comments received from that, I’ve gone a bit deeper this year and identified the top neighborhoods that are both walkable and affordable, or “walkaffordable”.

Each day over the next two weeks I will be sharing ten neighborhoods selected from the largest US cities and providing an example of a home for sale from each.

Without further ado, here are the top 100 most Walkafordable US Neighborhoods!
